I caught up on BBC iplayer, with the programme called ‘the truth about stress’ .
This continues the theme of my previous post. The programme is well worth watching, in the next 10 days if you haven’t already seen it. http://www.bbc.co.uk/…/e…/p04yy2n4/the-truth-about-12-stress
It has lots of information about the science behind it all. It will give you lots of helpful information on things that can do.
You will discover how you can transform your feeling of anxiety into excitement and turn it to your advantage
They also look at some foods that can help, such as nuts and seeds, which sustain you energy for longer to help keep your body going, rather than rely on coffee to give you a boost.
‘the truth about sleep‘ is the next one in the series.
In my 20 steps to beat stress programme, sleep is the first step, because without good sleep, it is impossible feel centred, relaxed and clear. So you might find it helpful to watch it too.
If having watched these you want more help, then get in touch or ask me questions in the comments box.

Hi Julie, very much agree with your statement that it all begins with great sleep. Have very much enjoyed your articles on stress with some great tips. Thank you
