Many people with neck and shoulder pain know that posture might have something to do with it.
Yet most people think that good posture requires pulling your shoulders back, sticking your chest out and staying like that.
This type of posture is impossible to hold for more than a minute or so. The muscles fatigue easily as they are not postural muscles and the body will revert to its previous position.
