April is stress awareness month.
Mind, the mental health charity, have a free guide that might help you or someone you know. They are also looking for volunteers to take part in a study.
Don’t be a fool by putting up with stress and anxiety!
If you know someone suffering from stress then you can access this free guide to help you know how you can help them.
By taking part in the research you’ll be able to help their work, whilst receiving access to the support itself too.
They also offer information and support on many mental health issues and there is a Swindon, local group.
Do you sometimes get anxious or shy in social situations?
Does it stop you from making the most of life?
As mentioned, Mind are looking for people willing to take part in some research and here is more information if you want to take part.
If you said yes to the above question, then you may be interested to learn about an MQ-funded research study. It is seeking to understand how we can better help people with social anxiety symptoms.

An international team based in Oxford and Australia are developing an online self-help tool for those who get anxious in social situations.
By taking part in this research, you’ll be able to help their work, whilst receiving access to the support itself too.
Some people will complete the study straight away, whilst for others it may take longer.
So if you’re over 18 and live in the UK, and be at the forefront of transforming mental health through research.
Thank you,
